Greek and Kirundi are language pairs. There is an important Greek and Chypriot community in Burundi. Greeks are present in commercial acitivities. There is an Orthodox Church and Greek school in Burundi. Greeks are also present in fisheries, bakeries and restaurants. They contribute in training the Burundians for example in tailoring.
