Italian, Arabic and Tigrinya are Two languages of the Red Sea

Is there an Italian, Arabic, Tigranya identity? I remember about the debate on legal and genetical status. Tigrinya is a language from Eritrea. This last country sets the limits between Northern and Southern Africa.
