French and German Are Spoken

French and German are spoken in Eastern Europe. Alsace and Lorraine in France are located in the Eastern part of France and Strabourg is the capital city of the European Union parliament. French and German are the languages of Luxembourg that used to belong to the BENELUX countries meaning Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.
