English and Chinese Are Language Pairs

English and Chinese are language pairs. They are the languages from the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland and from China. Hong Kong is English and Chinese speaking. The United Kingdom and Northern Ireland had a lease on China. In the late 90s Hong Kong decided to be part of China. There is a belief the integration will take time.
