German Is Spoken in the Namib Region
German is spoken in the Namib region. The countries of the Namib region are Angola, Namibia, Zambia, Zimbabwe, South Africa and Botswana. There is also a desert called Namib desert. Namibia was administered by Germany. Therefore, German is one of the languages of Namibia. Afrikaans and Dutch are Germanic languages.
