Dutch and French Two Language Pairs for Farmers

Dutch is a language from Holland and French from France. Dutch is spoken also in South Africa, in the Caribbean Ocean and Belgium for example. There was also a Dutch presence in the Democratic Republic of Congo and in Burundi. Holland is very in advance in agriculture and can be a model of development as well as France with its cuisine.
