Spanish should be the second language of the United States of America because of the Island of Puerto Rico for example. Puerto Rico can be considered like an enclave because it is part of the Commonwealth countries. Therefore, Puerto Rico is a booster for English language in the Americas. Cabinda is. another enclave in Central Africa where French and Portuguese are spoken. It is part of Angola and before, it belonged to the Republic of Congo.
