The Congo or Berlin Conference
Therefore, we should study Kikongo, Polish and German to know what happened at the Congo or Berlin Conference. It is at this last conference where the world was divided between the East and the West. Germany lost most of its territories and Holland Indonesia. Kikongo, Polish, Dutch and German should be spoken at all conferences.
